Do you have Prom, Homecoming, or formal gowns?

We do not. We removed these items from inventory in early 2024 to make room for additional bridal gowns. There is an annual Prom Dress Sale in the Spring held by YWCA NETN and SWVA.

The appointed time frame for bridal gown try-on is 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Is there a limit to the number of gowns I can try on?

No, we do not have a limit to the number of gowns you can try during your appointment.

What are your prices for wedding gowns?

Accepted Answer

Our average price for our gowns are anywhere from $450-$750. We do not have a bridal gown in the store over $1000.00.

Is there a limit to the amount of people I can bring with me to my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Groups are limited to five individuals, including the bride due to limited space. Please give us a call if an exception needs to be made.

Can I bring champagne or alcohol to the appointment?

Accepted Answer

No, alcohol is not permitted in the building. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please feel free to bring non-alcoholic beverages, as we do allow limited food and drinks for celebration.

Are the bridal gowns new?

Accepted Answer

Yes, they are new gowns donated by other bridal boutiques and major retail chains all over the country. Most of them will still have the original tag, unless it has fallen off during shipment.

Can I bring children with me to my appointment?

Yes, children are allowed. Please be sure children are supervised at all times during the appointment by someone in your group.
