Do you have Prom, Homecoming, or formal gowns?We do not. We removed these items from inventory in early 2024 to make room for additional bridal gowns. We have Mother of the bride dresses, flower girl dresses, bridal gowns, short white dresses, veils, and accessories for bridal. There is an annual Prom Dress Sale in the Spring held by YWCA NETN and SWVA.

Is an appointment required for mother of the bride dresses, flower girl dresses, or accessories?We only require brides that are trying on bridal gowns to have an appointment. Mother of the bride, flower girl, short dresses, and accessories do not require an appointment. Please note, any walk-in customer could potentially have a wait due to the limited amount of fitting rooms in the building.

How much time is given in a bridal gown appointment?The appointed time frame for bridal gown try-on is 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Is there a limit to the number of gowns I can try on?No, we do not have a limit to the number of gowns you can try during your appointment.

What are your prices for wedding gowns?Our average price for our gowns are anywhere from $450-$750. We do not have a bridal gown in the store over $1000.00.

Is there a limit to the amount of people I can bring with me to my appointment?Groups are limited to five individuals, including the bride due to limited space. Please give us a call if an exception needs to be made.

Can I bring champagne or alcohol to the appointment?No, alcohol is not permitted in the building. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please feel free to bring non-alcoholic beverages, as we do allow limited food and drinks for celebration.

Are the bridal gowns new?Yes, they are new gowns donated by other bridal boutiques and major retail chains all over the country. Most of them will still have the original tag, unless it has fallen off during shipment.

Can I bring children with me to my appointment?Yes, children are allowed. Please be sure children are supervised at all times during the appointment by someone in your group.
